Afforestation campaign

As part of the activities of the Women’s Empowerment Unit at Al-Mansour University College, and coinciding with International Entrepreneurship Week, and within the framework of cooperation with civil society organizations, a planting campaign was carried out on Sunday morning, 19-11-2023, in the college’s gardens, under the auspices of the Deanship of Al-Mansour University College, and with the participation of Professor Dr. Sabah Mohammad Kallow, Dean of the College. Professor Dr. Abdul Sattar Shaker Salman, Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, and a number of university professors and students planted a number of tree seedlings and flowers of various kinds during the campaign. The campaign was implemented with the participation of the Rawafed Organization. The campaign also included awareness of the importance of afforestation to spread the culture of a clean environment and emphasize the care and maintenance of green spaces.
