He added that the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has made a great effort to close the gap between education output and the job market and has taken great care to frame this vision through the ninth amendment of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research Act, which has opened the way for the establishment of technological and scientific incubators in universities. The Minister of Education called for the downfall of the bureaucratic measures that may face the first steps for the operation of these technological nurseries, strengthening the contexts of cooperation between universities and society, developing opportunities for interaction between these two areas, bridging the air between theoretical and practical aspects and meeting labor market variables and developmental demands. The works of the inaugural conference were interrupted by a dialogue session in which the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Alaboudy, reviewed the ministry's vision and policy in the technological incubator project and its importance in reducing the burden on the state's balance, indicating that he will not save much or effort until the goals of this pioneering policy aimed at engaging young people are realized.
