The seventeenth issue of the monthly newspaper (Al-Mansour University) issued by Al-Mansour University College was published in two versions, paper and electronic, in Arabic and English, under the supervision of Professor Dr. Abdul Sattar Shaker Salman, Assistant Dean for Academic Affairs, and headed by Dr. Muhammad Falhi, Head of the Digital Media Department.

The new issue included various university news and activities, articles, and scientific, intellectual, and legal opinions.
Among the most prominent topics and articles of the issue:
- On the National Day of the Holy Quran. The Minister of Higher Education directs the creation of a channel to accept memorizers of the Holy Quran in postgraduate studies
- The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research participates in the celebration of (International Education Day)
- Al-Mansour University College receives an academic delegation from the sisterly Sultanate of Oman
- Al-Mansour University College organizes (the second international conference on cybersecurity and artificial intelligence strategies)
- Al-Mansour University College and the Iraqi Society for Libraries and Information invite students to participate in the national reading competition (A Nation that Reads)
