Considering Al-Mansour University College deep belief in the role of academic institutions in achieving community development and promoting human values, the College initiated an annual social program during the holy month of Ramadhan and Eid Al-Fitr aiming at supporting several deserving groups within and outside the college, as well as preparing and distributing comprehensive Ramadhan food baskets to all college staff, affirming the institution's appreciation for their efforts and fostering a spirit of cooperation and belonging.
As an extension of its social and humanitarian mission, the college also provided Eid clothing to several orphanages in the capital, Baghdad, as well as to several needy families suffering from difficult economic conditions, bring joy to the hearts of children and families on these blessed occasions and to achieve a sense of social balance via reducing the effects of poverty and food insecurity among these groups.
Al-Mansour University College expressed its commitment on implementing this program on an annual basis as an integral part of its social responsibility, through this program, it seeks to strengthen social solidarity among institution members and contributes in building bridges of cooperation with various segments of society, especially those in need of support and care, this initiative also reflects the college's vision of utilizing its academic and administrative capabilities to serve the community and actively participate in achieving comprehensive development goals, particularly those related to improving living conditions and reducing poverty and hunger.
