Al-Mansour University College Organizes a Scientific Seminar on the Impact of Indebtedness on Preparing State General Budgets

The Continuing Education Unit at Al-Mansour University College held a scientific seminar titled "The Impact of Indebtedness on Preparing State General Budgets." The seminar was attended by the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Sabah Mohammed , the Scientific Associate Dean, Professor Dr. Abdul Sattar Shaker Salman, along with a number of faculty members, students, and those interested in financial and economic affairs.

The seminar was presented by Professor Dr. Mudhir Mohammed Salih. In his lecture, he addressed the economic dimensions of public debt, its direct impact on the preparation of government budgets, and the mechanisms for achieving a balance between development requirements and the state's financial obligations.

The session was moderated by Professor Dr. Ahmed Omar Ahmed, who emphasized in his remarks the vital role of sound economic policies in achieving financial stability. He pointed to the importance of enhancing scientific research to support decision-makers and formulate sustainable financial policies.

At the conclusion of the seminar, Professor Dr. Sabah Mohammed Kallo expressed his appreciation for the lecturers and attendees.
