Under the sponsorship of the Dean of Al-Mansour University College, Professor Dr. Sabah Muhammad Kallow, the Law Department, and in coordination with the College’s Continuing Education Unit, held a scientific symposium on Sunday, February 18, 2024, entitled.
(The position of the administrative judiciary regarding oversight of the discretionary authority of the administration)
The symposium was presented by Dr. Karim Khasbak, Chairman of the Iraqi State Council, M.M. Abdul-Ghani Mezher Obaid, and the session was chaired by Professor Dr. Raad Fajr Fateeh, Head of the Law Department at the College. The topics related to the discretionary authority of the administration and the circumstances of its use were presented, along with the authority of administrative exclusion to cancel in cases of arbitrariness affecting employees, and the attendees made interventions that came to the heart of the symposium's topic.
The symposium was attended by the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, department heads, teaching staff, and college employees and students.
