Al-Mansour University College Dedicates Its Academic Presence to Promot Integrity Within University Community

As part of scientific and awareness-raising cooperation between academic institutions, Al-Mansour University College participated in an awareness workshop held by the College of Education for Women at the University of Baghdad under the title "Promoting the Values and Concepts of Integrity Among University Community", the workshop aimed at instilling a culture of academic integrity and deepen awareness of its importance within the university environment.
Prof. Dr. Abdul Ghaffar Abdul Jabbar Al-Qaisi represented Al-Mansour University College and delivered a lecture addressing the fundamental foundations of academic integrity, highlighting its pivotal role in preserving the value of scientific research and ensuring the authenticity of academic work.
Mr. Ahmed Fadhel Hussein, an employee from the Education and Public Relations Department of the Federal Integrity Commission, also participated in the workshop. He highlighted the challenges facing integrity within the university community, highlighting the importance of cooperation between academic institutions and regulatory bodies to overcome negative practices and strengthen the value system in Iraqi universities.
The workshop featured lively discussions among attendees, with the consensus affirming the need to integrate integrity concepts into academic curricula, implement a university code of conduct, and continue organizing academic events that focus on this important aspect.
