Important timings

• The application date will be open through the electronic form for the period from 20-3-2022 to 27-4-2022
• Preliminary evaluation of the projects developed by the scientific committees and notifying the participants of the acceptance of their participation from 28-4-2022 until 8-5-2022
• Delivery of the presentation poster in its final form, in addition to an explanatory video explaining the project’s work in case it includes a practical and applied part from 8-5-2022 until 15-5-2022
• The date of the conference will be on May 17 and 18, 2022
