About the Forum



Under the slogan "Empowering Youth: Our Goal Towards Achieving Sustainable Development Goals," Al-Mansour University College is holding its Fifth Scientific Forum for Outstanding Graduation Projects for the academic year 2025-2026, in cooperation with the Iraqi Library and Information Association, to empower young innovators for a green and digital future.


The forum aims to highlight the most prominent achievements of fourth-year students in their graduation projects, allowing them to demonstrate their intellectual and cognitive abilities and express their opinions scientifically and practically. This fosters students' self-confidence to compete in the job market and supports the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals. The focus on young innovators extends to supporting Iraq's commitment to implementing the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change for a green and digital future in Iraq.


Target Audience: Fourth-year students in all Iraqi universities and in the specializations listed below (projects must be from this academic year only):

  • Civil Engineering
  • Computer Engineering
  • Communications Engineering
  • Computer Technology Engineering
  • Medical Instruments Technology Engineering
  • Computer Science and Information Systems
  • Accounting and Banking
  • Physical Therapy Technology
  • Digital Media
  • English Language

  • Information and Knowledge Technology


Application Requirements:

  • The project must be completed by fourth-year students in the specializations listed above and must be completed this academic year only.
  • Participation must be through official nomination by the university and the relevant department.
  • Submitted projects must be distinguished by their ideas and proposed solutions, preferably supporting the Sustainable Development Goals and environmentally friendly digital solutions (smart solutions, software solutions, reducing paperwork, reducing harmful emissions, reducing water or electricity waste, etc.).
  • The electronic application form must be completed according to the sections outlined below.
  • The project must be presented through an introductory poster, a presentation, an explanatory video, a practical application, or a published research paper from the project, to be reviewed by a committee. Evaluation.
