The Civil Engineering Department at Al-Mansour University College (MUC) organized a specialized scientific seminar titled "The Importance of Structural Safety Tests." This event is part of the College's efforts to enhance engineering awareness and instill a culture of professional inspection and evaluation of structures.
The seminar was presented by Eng. Mohammed Malak Khalis, a specialist from Quality Gate for Engineering Services and Tests. He explained the key scientific standards adopted in evaluating building safety and verifying the efficiency of structural elements.
The Department Rapporteur, Assist. Prof. Dr. Lubna Abdul Rahman Khudair, stated that this seminar aims to deepen the students' applied understanding and acquaint them with the latest technologies used in diagnosing structural problems.
