Civil engineering is highly important to the civilized life and its maintenance, since it is linked to the industrial development to produce new and advanced construction materials that meet the increasing requirements of society. Hence, the Department of Civil Engineering at Al-Mansour University College included sub-disciplines, including structural engineering, materials engineering, environmental engineering, construction engineering, geological engineering, water resources engineering, transportation and distance engineering. All these departments aim to prepare and graduate engineering staff through studying materials that cover these orientations over a period of four years. Then and after completing these four years, the student is awarded a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
