The department is considered one of the scientific departments of the college, which was established in the academic year (2023-2024). It is one of the steps taken by the college to develop its work through its expansion in various aspects of knowledge and following the best academic curricula and methods necessary to reach the best level of the educational and teaching process.
The approved curricula have been approved in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences - University of Baghdad according to the twinning agreement between the two colleges.
The Deanship of Al-Mansour University College seeks, through the teaching staff in the department, the prescribed curricula, and the programs of classroom and extracurricular activities, and providing all work requirements to reach a successful and advanced educational process with a positive and influential impact on the society from which the department's specialization benefits through the preparation and building of an advanced educational, educational and training personality that confirms its real and useful role in Iraqi society
